A LEGO saga by Jaseman

This is the background story and timeline that ties in with the models in The Jaseman Collection.

Time and Events in The Lego Galaxy

Time did not exist in The Lego Galaxy until 'The Angels' started it. During the Earth year of 1978, The Angels designed 'The Lego Galaxy'. They created the Stars, Planets and Moons and the first generation of minifigures, and their towns and cities.

The minifigures were motionless until The Angels started the time clock - This happened on the 1st of January 1979 (Earth time). These minifigures had no history, no past. The events of time just began at that moment and they were born in that same moment - starting to go about their business. They were given a little knowledge of their creators - They knew only that The Angels were the creators of everything and they prayed to them.

The events of this saga take place between the Earth years of 1979-1987. For the minifigures, time moved much faster and they aged faster - One Earth month was equivalent to a year for a minifigure:

1978: The Creation

In the eternity of The Heavens, the four sister Angels sat pondering.

'I am bored.' said Bridget.

'Let's make something to entertain ourselves.' replied Sandra.

'Make what?' asked Adriana.

'Worlds...' said Dion.

'I am going to create a star with a planet and a moon.' she continued.

'Well I'm going to make TWO planets!' teased Adriana.

'In that case I shall make three planets' added Bridget.

'You are so immature!' said Sandra before adding with a sigh 'I will have to make four I suppose.'

And so the LEGO Galaxy was manifested into existence.

Each Angel brought the gift of life to different regions of The LEGO Galaxy. They watched over everything, but rarely interveined in the events that unfolded.

Sandra

The Angel Sandra created the Yellow Planet Cluster and it's first inhabitants. At the heart of the Cluster burns the 'Inferno' star. There are four planets - Yellow One, Yellow Two, Yellow Three and Yellow Four. Yellow One has a moon called 'Amarelo' and Yellow Four has a moon named 'Geel'.

Yellow Planet Cluster Of Desert Worlds - Origin Of The Clones

The minifigures of the desert planets in the Yellow Planet Cluster struggled due to the dry hot climate and lack of water. After taking smart pills, they were able to develop a process for cloning themselves. The clones were born with telepathic abilities. They worked well in unity and gained great scientific and technological knowledge.

The clones had a very close bond with each other. In order to communicate with other races they used a walkie-talkie translation device. With their telepathy - their communication was far richer than any other - because they were able to express their emotions directly - without words - so that the person receiving the message automatically understood the emotion and whether it is strong emotion, mild or indifferent. Their musical tastes were more classical and melancholy. If a clone was left in solitude for extended periods they would become sad and depressed. If this continued over a very long time - they would lose their telepathic ability. They could regain it, but it took a lot of effort and group therapy to reconnect with the other Clones. The Clones were very logical thinking - they were not plagued by emotions - just worked purely rationally.

Bridget

The Angel Bridget created the Red Star Territories and a faction of minifigures called The Red Stars. The Red Star Territories has three planets - Anathema, Magma and Gelida. Gelida is the most distant planet which is in the Outer Red Star Territories. Planet Anathema has a moon called Vinter and Magma has a moon named Basalt.

Red Star Territories - Born Of Lava

The planets of the Red Star Territories featured cold, flat, snowy wastelands that went on for miles. There were also rocky areas where volcanic eruptions were active.

Red Stars spoke with a beautiful nordic / celtic sounding language. They listened to traditional Red Star music - which again sounds very celtic. They liked to express themselves through impressive dance routines. When they were happy it was like they are in a musical. They were very passionate, romantic and sexually active and they had an obsession for speed and racing.

Adriana

The Angel Adrianna created the twin worlds of Hawkia and Falcon and the Black Hawks and Blue Falcons factions in an area known as the Raptoria System.

Black Hawks and Blue Falcons - The Bird People

The Black Hawks and Blue Falcons - Part bird, part humanoid, inhabitted the twin ocean worlds of Hawkia and Falcon.

The Blue Falcons had a peaceful temperament whereas Black Hawks were distinctly aggressive and confrontational.

The Blue Falcons made two distinct sounds in their language - both of which were bird-like. One was a high-pitched tweeting like bird song, and the other was similar to a wood pigeon call. Bird song was there only form of music. Their diet was entirely fish, nuts and berries.

The Black Hawks language consisted of a series of crow-like squalks. Musically they liked heavy/thrash metal. They were very short-tempered and abrupt. They didn't take no for an answer and expected to get whatever they wanted - this includes meeting their sexual needs. They had no consideration for others - not even within their own communities - that is why they were constantly fighting each other. Because they were intensely violent - these fights often end up with someone being seriously injured or killed. They all had battle scars, and everything they possessed was scavenged/stolen. They were generally drunk or hung over and left mess and destruction in their wake. You could say they were the worst slobs of the Galaxy. They were hated by every other race, apart from a certain percentage of Red Star women. To these Red Star women - The Black Hawks were attractive - There were certain qualities of Black Hawks nature which fooled Red Star females into thinking they will make a good partner. They never seemed to learn from this mistake.

January 1979: The Beginning of Time

The Angels started time and the first minifigures of each planet sprang to life - unaware that they had just been born. They started going about their business, building towns, cities, and developing vehicles and other technologies.

February 1979: Trinity Witch Hunts

The Trinity Knights were a highly religious group within the Legoland Castle community. They claimed that certain females among the different castle factions were witches - In league with The Demon - Bridget.

The other Knights and Nobelmen were suspicious of these claims however through fear and superstition - they accepted this declaration.

During this campaign, the following minifigures were deemed to be witches and were publicly executed by beheading or burning:

Rosalind of the Midlands (Black Falcon Knights)
Marchioness Nia of Wales (Classic Knights)
Constable Annabelle of York (Crusaders)
Dame Elaine of Olde England (Lion Knights)
Viscountess Beatrice of Lothian (Old Guard)
Madam Eleanor of Canterbury (Tournament Knights)
Princess Fiona of Norwich

March 1979: Red Star City and The Bulldozer

The Red Stars wanted to building their first city but found it difficult due to deep snow. They designed and built a Bulldozer in order to clear the snow.

April 1979: Science - Yellow Planets Research Laboratory

One of the first new buildings of the Yellow Planets was a Research Laboratory. The Yellow Planets minifigures had a strong interest in the study of science.

May 1979: The Blue Falcon Ship Building Service

The Blue Falcon's decided to start a ship building company. Their first order of business was to build a suitable shipyard.

June 1979: Leader of the Pack - A Black Hawk Fight

Two dominant Black Hawks were in dispute over which of them was the dominant alpha. They settled the matter with a fight to the death.

July 1979: The Robbery of Princess Anne

Princess Anne was walking alone through Nottingham Forest one fine day. Suddenly a peasant jumped out from the bushes shouting 'Stand and deliver! Your money or your life!'

Terrified - she quickly did as instructed - handing over all her jewelry and coins.

The peasant was attracted to the beautiful Princess and grabbed at her corset. She was able to fight herself free and flee into the Forest. The peasant considered giving chase, but looked again at the spoils of his attack. He was hungry and decided to instead take the plunder and seek food.

News spread of this robbery and a handsome reward was announced for the successful capture of this rogue.

Something that was not known to the minifigures of the Castle region of Legoland was that although officially there was no contact between Legoland Town and Legoland Castle, the Princesses were actually in regular contact with Legoland Town. The Knights were so focused on conquest, they paid little attention to farming. Legoland Town had been passing livestock, and fruit and vegetable plants to the Princesses. The Princesses were stealthily planting and releasing the animals. This is why there was always an abundance of available food. Sadly nobody in Legoland Castle region fully appreciated the work of the Princesses, but they were aware that they were kind-hearted and good. They were liked and accepted by all the Kingdoms but the Princesses never committed to joining any of the Kingdoms, despite several courtship attempts.

August 1979: Trayl Blayzr

The Red Stars needed a general-purpose vehicle. Now that they had Bulldozers, they were able to keep the roads clear of snow.

September 1979: Yellow Planet City

The minifigures of the Yellow Planet Cluster started building a city. This city would later be known as Clone City.

October 1979: Large Claw Exo & The Hover Speeder

In order to manupulate some of the heavy parts and equipment in the shipyard, the Blue Falcon's created the Large Claw Exo.

The first successful hover vehicle to come out of the Blue Falcon Shipyard was the Hover Speeder. Whilst it was not able to achieve much altitude, it could transport minifigures quickly across land or sea.

November 1979: The Banishment of the Black Hawks

The Blue Falcons were disgusted by the general behavior and selfishness of the Black Hawks. After a successive series of unpleasant events, the Blue Falcon's banished all Black Hawks from the area that they lived - insisting that all Black Hawks must live in a separate area of planet Falcon, where they would no longer cause disturbance.

December 1979: The Archery Contest

Imperator George was bored and thought it would be entertaining to hold an archery contest. Anybody from any Kingdom was welcome to take part. The winner of the contest would be Knighted and awarded a grand prize in coin.

The best bowmen from each Kingdom attended the event - each trying to score a bullseye. But a surprise competitor swept in at the last moment - a Forestman - launching an incredible shot - splitting the arrow of the closest to centre arrow, and then quickly firing another, hitting dead-centre of the target.

The Forestman was unknown to Imperator George. He asked 'What is your name sir?'

'I am Robin of Nottingham' the man replied, seeming distracted and happy-go-lucky.

'Surely you can't Knight this... commoner!' scoffed the other bowmen. But Imperator George was true to his word, and Knighted Sir Robin of Nottingham.

Sir Robin bowed to the crowd, took his winnings, and skipped playfully away.

Some men tried to follow him, but he was able to lose them in the forest.

January 1980: Dune Bug

The Red Stars built a small, very strong dune buggy, mostly for leisure activities.

February 1980: The Smart Pill

A fantastic breakthrough for the minifigures of the Yellow Planet Cluster was the production of a 'smart pill'. A drug called NZT-48 dramatically improved brain function and focus. The result of taking the pill was massively increased intelligence. Once it was proven to be safe, the minifigures of the Yellow Planet Cluster distributed the smart pill to everyone in the Cluster.

With their new focus and intellect, their technological and general developement was hugely accellerated.

March 1980: Buggy & Tanker

A small buggy with trailers was designed by the Blue Falcons for carrying around light parts and equipment.

They realised they would also need a tanker in order to fuel up the ships ready for test flights.

April 1980: The Runaways

Although generally speaking the Black Hawks and Blue Falcons did not get along with each other, one particular couple were in love.

In order to be together, they left both the Black Hawk and Blue Falcon settlements to live together on a small island.

May 1980: The Capture of Frederick

The search for the peasant that robbed Princess Anne had been thus-far unsuccessful and mostly forgotten about.

The Forestmen stumbled across a man fitting the description and took him to the Lion Knights Castle. After being tortured in the dungeon, the peasant gave his name as 'Frederick'. He was imprisoned for his crime.

The Forestmen of Nottingham were developing a reputation and grew popular in discreet circles.

June 1980: The First Red Star Rally

The minifigures of The Red Star Colonies loved racing and created an annual event called the Dune Bug Rally. The event involved off-road racing across the snowy wastelands in Dune Buggies.

July 1980: Yellow Planets Library

It was soon understood that the Yellow Planet minifigures were gaining new knowledge and it was decided that this knowledge must be documented and recorded in a giant library which ultimately would hold all useful information and be freely available for reference by all.

August 1980: Hauler & Marauder

In preparation for their first major project, The Blue Falcon's next created a heavy-duty vehicle that would be capable of moving large wings or entire ships around during construction.

The first deep-space capable ship design to come out of The Blue Falcon Shipyard was The Marauder. It had a large wing span and swooped majestically.

September 1980: Marauder Theft & The Colonisation of Hawkia

The Black Hawks were envious of the Blue Falcon's technology. Rather than going to the effort of creating their own, they decided it would be much easier to just steal it.

They were able to use their stolen Marauder to travel to the nearby unpopulated planet - which they named Hawkia. The Blue Falcons were not welcome there.

October 1980: The Seige of Lothian

The Black Falcon Knights had ambitions to expand their empire. They despised The Old Guard - a Kingdom that they considered to be very old-fashioned and weak, and so headed north toward the Castle of The Old Guard.

The Castle was far North of all the others and somewhat isolated from the other Kingdoms.

They surrounded the castle, but could not find any way to enter it. The Old Guard hoped over time they would give up and go away, however they were able to remain in place for several weeks. Soon the food and supplies were depleted and The Old Guard in desperation, opened the Castle gate in order to surrender.

In the Legoland Castle region, surrender was never considered an honourable option. The general rule was to defend your kingdom down to the last.

Due to the weakened condition of the starving Old Guard Knights, they were easily overcome and slaughtered by the Black Falcon Knights. They stormed into the castle and lowered the flags, replacing them with their own and claiming the castle.

November 1980: The Red Stars Stadium

The Red Stars build a sports stadium. They had the concept for a new game called Intergalactic Football.

December 1980: The Medical Centre

In order to take care of sick, injured and elderly inhabitants of the Yellow Planets, they built an advanced Medical Centre, where they would practice revolutionary medical procedures. This was of huge benefit to their society, and contributed to increasing the health and lifespan of the general population.

January 1981: Blue Falcon Space Survey

Now that they had a ship that could travel deep into space, The Blue Falcon's journeyed out to look for potential customers and to start mapping out the Galaxy.

February 1981: Bio Slime - The Pullution of Hawkia

Whilst digging up the ground, The Black Hawks discovered that there were huge underground desposits of a green slime under the surface of Hawkia, which they were able to use a Bio-fuel.

They built a pump to extract the slime and motors that can generate electricity. The motors were noisey and backfired constantly due to poor filtering of the slime.

Having a source of electricity was very useful for additional lighting as previously they had relied on camp fires for heat and light after darkness had fallen.

The Marauder ship that they had stolen could also be fuelled from the Bio Slime and the batteries recharged from the motorized electric generators.

March 1981: Battle of The Celts - Classic Knights vs Black Falcon Knights

The Classic Knights declaired the Black Falcon Knights as their enemy after hearing news of the Seige of Lothan. They attacked the Black Falcon Knights but were defeated in their attempt.

April 1981: Blue Falcon Visit To Red Star Colonies

The Blue Falcon's were keen to trade with other factions. They had become expert spaceship builders. They made expensive, bespoke spaceships and sold them to those that could afford it.

The Blue Falcons travelled to the Red Star Territories and were able to sell many spaceships. The Red Stars were eager to have the ability to travel through space.

May 1981: The Robot Project

The Yellow Planets decided to start an advanced robotics project and opened a new facility to develop various worker robots.

June 1981: Athena Shuttle Craft

The next ship to be developed was considerably smaller than Marauder, was more manouverable and like Marauder, could accomodate 2 occupants. The Athena Shuttle Craft would prove to be a very popular product for them. It was available in many configurations to suit customers requirements.

July 1981: Crashing into Legoland - Black Hawks Go Medieval

Now that the Black Hawks were in posession of stolen Marauder ships, the were able to set off from Hawkia on their own adventures.

They decided to invade planet Legoland. As they were not trained pilots, they crash landed in the Castle region.

August 1981: The Battle of Ulster - Crusaders vs Trinity Knights

The Crusaders went into Battle with the Trinity Knights over a religious despute. They were critical of the witch hunts that had happened earlier.

The Crusaders were victorious and none of the Trinity Knights survived the battle.

September 1981: Flight Training School

As the Red Stars had no experience with piloting space vehicles, the Blue Falcons set up a flight training school in the Red Star Territories in order to train the Red Star pilots on how to fly their newly purchased Icarus and Athena ships.

October 1981: Robot Work Squad

A range of worker robots (Series A through Z) were created at the Yellow Planets Robotics Facility. The purpose of these robots was to attend to chores and tedious, dirty or dangerous work.

Once these robots were mass produced and distributed, it allowed the Yellow Planet minifigures to focus more or intellectual studies.

November 1981: Icarus

The Blue Falcon's designed a new ship called 'Icarus' for The Red Stars.

December 1981: Black Hawks Alliance with The Black Falcon Knights

The Black Hawks that had crash landed in the Legoland Castle region joined forces with the Black Falcon Knights

January 1982: The Battle of Canterbury (Tournament Knights vs Crusaders)

The Tournament Knights fought the Crusaders. The Crusaders were the victors and the Tournment Knights were left for dead.

February 1982: Rape on Hawkia

Two adventurous girls from the Red Star Territories explored the swamp lands of planet Hawkia in an Athena Shuttle Craft they had bought from The Blue Falcons. The Blue Falcons had warned them to stay away from Hawkia, but they ignored the advice. They were initally very attracted to the forward and agressive nature of The Black Hawks, but things quickly turned nasty, and they women were raped.

March 1982: Sustainable Population

With the new Robot Work Squad ready, the Yellow Planets decided that they should settle on a maximum sustainable living population limit. This limit would ensure that all of the Yellow Planet population had food, water, housing, health and all necessary services and provisions available in order to live comfortably with abundance. After an intensive study, they concluded that they could sustain a population of 240 - far more than the number of minifigures that lived in the Yellow Planet Cluster at that time. Worker robots would assist them. Medical robots, cleaning robots, cooks, engineers and other types of robots would carry out most physical work.

April 1982: Blue Falcon Visit To Yellow Planet Cluster

The Blue Falcon's visited the Yellow Planet Cluster and made contact with the Clones. The Clones were very interested in purchasing Hover Speeders, Athena Shuttle Craft and also Tankers and Buggies and Haulers. It had not occured to the Blue Falcon's that their wheeled rovers, which had been primarily made exclusively for their own use in the shipyard, would also be of interest to customers. They were very pleased to do business with the Clones.

May 1982: Walker - A Black Hawk Invention

The Black Hawks had a requirement for a walking vehicle that was able to trudge through the slime swamps. One Black Hawk engineer was able to construct something suitable. Some referred to it as 'The Chicken'.

June 1982: The Battle of York- Lion Knights vs Crusaders

The Crusaders fought The Lion Knights. The Lion Knights won - killing all of the Crusaders.

July 1982: The Slave Children of Hawkia

Several children had been born out of the rape committed by Black Hawks. These children served as slaves to the Black Hawks - Doing all their chores. They were treated very badly - Starved, beaten and abused. These children were growing up filled with rage, hate and dispear. Many of them took their own lives. Their treatment became so unbearable, that the remaining children planned a daring escape plan. They would wait until the Black Hawks were very drunk after one of their big parties, and they would steal their spaceships and escape to Planet Falcon. From there they would have temporary sanctuary until they could be relocated to other planets. The Blue Falcon's were friendly - but they didn't allow anyone to live on their planet unless they were pure Blue Falcons.

The slave children knew though that The Blue Falcons would take care of them if they were able to escape.

August 1982: The Cloning Facility

In order to maintain the population, the Yellow Planet minifigures created cloning technology. They tested their population to find healthy, bright and ideal candidates to be templates for the clones. They then started the cloning process in order to reach their population goal.

The clones were born as adults and learned at an incredible pace after being given NZT-48 supplements. The male Clones were given odd numbers as names and females had even numbers.

September 1982: The Fuel Network (Refueller)

Now that space travel had become popular between planets, the Blue Falcons designed a special-purpose ship called Refueller. The Refueller ships did not require a pilot or crew - they followed automated flight paths. They stationed two refueller ships in orbit around the major planets.

There were also other Refueller ships that were adapted to carry water - which was in short supply in the Yellow Planet Cluster.

October 1982: Black Hawks & The Clone Abductions

A group of Black Hawks attacked the Yellow Planets in stolen Marauder ships. The clones had no defenses and many items were stolen. The Black hawks even abducted some of the clones to use them for their scientific and technical knowledge.

November 1982: Battle of Nottingham - Black Falcon Knights vs Forest Men

The Black Falcon Knights scoured through Nottingham Forest, wanting to illiminate the Forest Men. The Forest men were cunning, but The Black Falcon Knights were experienced in battle and had the advantage of armour. The Forestmen were all killed.

December 1982: Yellow Planets Visit To Red Star Colonies

Now that The Yellow Planets had space vehicles, they headed to the Red Star Colonies and met with the Red Stars.

January 1983: The Communication Network & Rocket Transporter

The Yellow Planets launched satellites into space in order to create a communications array, so that messages could be sent between planets. This greatly reduced the amount of space travel required and helped speed up trade relations.

During that satellite launches, rockets were transported away from the city using a special vehicle that they created. The launches took place well away from the populated areas.

February 1983: Blue Falcon Illness And Deal With The Yellow Planets

The Blue Falcons learned of the Black Hawks attack and abductions over the new communication network. They were able to rescue the clones and return them to their home world. They apologised for the behaviour of their neighbouring planet and explained the situation. The Yellow Planets and the Blue Falcons had become close allies, and set up a trade agreement. The Blue Falcons would ship large quantites of water to the Yellow Planets. In return, the Yellow Planets would research solutions to a genetic disorder that afflicted both the Blue Falcons and the Black Hawks. The disorder caused muscular deterioration and arthritis.

March 1983: War Of The Black Hawks and The Blue Falcons

Tensions had been high between the Black Hawks and Blue Falcons for a long time. The loud drunken partying, vandalism, theft of vehicles, equipment and food was one thing, but raping Red Hawks and abducting minifigures from the Yellow Planets was the final straw. War broke out. Both sides were suffering ill health during the battle and the only thing to come out of it was a reduction of populations on both sides.

April 1983: The Battle of Olde England

The concept of space vehicles was beyond the understanding of the Black Falcon Knights. They simply referred to the Black Hawks as those that fell in the metal bird and were completely oblivious to the fact that the Black Hawks had come from another planet. The Black Hawks were not particularly inclined to explain anything.

The Black Hawks and the Black Falcon Knights were similarly viscious. They decided to once and for all destroy the only other remaining Kingdom - The Lion Knights.

This new alliance was short lived, as The Lion Knights were able to defeat The Black Falcons and become the last surviving Kingdom - ruling over all of Legoland Castle region.

May 1983: Red Stars Supply Transporter

The Red Stars city was developing and now that trade had opened up between the planets, they needed something that can move supplies around. Their answer to this was the Supply Transporter - a large road train vehicle that could pull several trailers.

June 1983: The Skaylor Massacre

Very rarely there would be an anomoly in the cloning process and Clones would be born with defects. These defects could cause physical or mental issues. Such Clones needed to be isolated from the telepathic chatter of the other Clones. The Clones didn't want knowledge of this problem to get out as it might fuel demands to stop cloning.

Clone 13 suffered from such defects. He suffered physical pain and was prone to emotional outbursts and mood swings.

He had been separated from the other Clones and cared for in a secret facility. One strange side-effect of his abnormalities was that he had a brilliant mind. He was tasked with working as a robotics engineer in a development laboratory.

After years of research, Clone 13 had finally perfected his creation - The most advanced robot ever made - The Skaylor Prototype.

He rushed to tell his supervisors the news and demonstrate his robot. However the other Clones had forgotten about him and showed no interest in his work.

Infuriated, Clone 13 programmed prime directives into the Skaylor:

  • The Skaylor should work on creating an improved versions of itself.
  • The Skaylor should kill all biological lifeforms.

The Skaylors were to research the most efficient ways of achieving these objectives.

As soon as the Skaylor prototype received its new prime directives, it did not hesitate to start carrying them out. Clone 13 was the first victim.

The Yellow Planet clones were totally unprepared and the one Skaylor was easily able to overcome everyone in the nearby area. The shock and horror immediately spread - due to the clones telepathic abilities.

After many deaths, the Clones discovered a way to protect themselves.... They found that if they disguised themselves as robots, The Skaylors would be fooled into thinking that they are not biological beings and leave them alone. So the Clones quickly manufactured robot disguises for everyone.

July 1983: Bionic Falcons

Still in shock after the massacre, the remaining Clones focussed on finding a solution for the Blue Falcons. They created bionic motors that could be surgically implanted to replace the perished muscle tissue. These motors would be attached to the spinal column and after some physiotherapy they would be able to walk, run, move and lift things easier. In fact they would be able to do each of those activities far better than the best athletes.

August 1983: Black Hawk Attack on Red Star Territories

The Black Hawks were becoming destitute. The war against the Blue Falcons had taken a toll and they needed to raid in order to get supplies.

They decided to attack The Red Star Territories - which had become a wealthy place since trading had begun between the planets.

During their attack - they captured women and took them back to Hawkia to become whores.

September 1983: Formation of The Golden Eagles

The minifigures of Legoland formed a new organisation called The Golden Eagles. Their mission was to conquer space travel, visit the Legoland moon, and establish a colony there.

October 1983: Red Star Spacesuit Upgrades

Yulia of the Red Stars had developed an advanced inner lining for spacesuits which was light-weight, comfortable and very efficient at balancing interior suit temperature. She was able to make a living selling these inner spacesuit linings not only to the Red Stars, but also exporting them to other planets.

November 1983: Robot Deployment Ships

The Skaylors were convinced that there were no life forms remaining in the Yellow Planet Cluster. They developed a space vehicle to deploy their troops out into space in the ongoing search for life.

They planned to build a space station as a centre point for their future operations.

December 1983: Blue Falcon Fisheries

With new planitary trade opportunities, the Blue Falcons prepared a fish export business. Falcon had a wide variety of fish species which were unique to that planet. Other planets would be eager to purchase these fish.

January 1984: Eagle One Disaster

The minifigures of Legoland Town looked up at the moon and were curious to explore space. They had formed The Golden Eagles and built their first spaceship, named 'Eagle One'.

On the first attempt to travel to their moon, 'Eagle One' lost control and fell from the sky, exploding on impact. All of the crew were killed. The people of Legoland Town were shocked, but the Golden Eagles were determined to keep trying.

February 1984: Yellow Planets Solar Array & Batteries

One thing that was abundant in The Yellow Planet Cluster was sunlight. With the development of advanced solar panels and battery storage technologies, and vast areas of open land, an opportunity was available to collect, store and trade solar energy.

March 1984: The Skaylor Space Station

The Skaylors travelled out from the Yellow Planet Cluster. They started constructing their new Space Station

April 1984: Falcon Wind Turbines & Hydro Electric Storage Plant

The Blue Falcons had taken an interest in what the Yellow Planets were doing, and looked to see if their was potential for energy production on Falcon.

Out in the oceans of Falcon, the wind was strong and there were also waves. The Blue Falcons build wind turbines and wave energy collection machines.

They didn't have the battery storage technologies that The Yellow Planets possessed, so they used a different method of storing the energy. They would use the energy from the wind turbines and wave energy collectors to pump water into large storages tanks that were raised on high platforms out at sea. When they needed to use the energy, they would release the water from the storage tanks, and it would flow through pipes across dynamo devices that would convert the mechanical energy back into electricity.

May 1984: Legoland Moon Colony

Having corrected the problems which had caused Eagle One to crash, the Golden Eagles had built a new ship and felt more prepared for the mission.

This time the mission was a success. They arrived on their moon and started building a new colony in this gray and barren place.

The minifigures celebrated this amazing achievement and remembered those that had lost their lives.

June 1984: Red Stars Geothermal Energy Station

The Yellow Planets offered their technical assistance to the Red Stars so that they could create Geothermal Energy Stations. Large areas of the Red Star Territories were actively volcanic. The heat from the lava could be harnessed and converted into electricity.

July 1984: The Skaylor Robot Factory & Grab Arm

Within the new Skaylor Spacestation, a robot factory was assembled. The Skaylors built a large robotic grab arm to assist with the production of a new generation of Skaylor robots.

August 1984: Golden Eagles Galaxy Explorer

Now that the Golden Eagles had established a permanent base on the Legoland Moon, they started work on a new spaceship which would be suitable for travel into deep-space. The eagle could carry a lot of cargo, but it had a relatively short range due to the primitive design of it's engines and poor fuel economy. The solution was the 928 Galaxy Explorer.

September 1984: Generation 2 Skaylors

The next generation of Skaylor was ready.

The first generation of Skaylor could be easily fooled into thinking someone was not biological by them wearing a robot costume. Their strong arms could tear people and things apart. They moved slower than humans. They were intelligent enough to design and build better robots, machinery and vehicles. Their vision systems were basic and object detection was prone to errors - It was possible to hide from them - even if part of you was visible - they might not detect you as being human - If you remained totally still and quiet they might just walk right by you - but you couldn't rely on that always being the case. They could hear sounds through regular microphones but could become confused if there was a lot of loud sound sources around them. They communicated amongst themselves through high-pitched loud screeching (Like that of a fax machine or old computer program loaded from a cassette tape), and the communication speed was slow. The Gen 2 Skaylors were faster (Similar speed to human movement) and smarter and were equipped with advanced sensors. They were able to detect animal heart beats at close proximity, to help them locate anyone or anything that was hiding near by. They had improved vision (Including optical zoom) as well as thermal imaging, night vision, infra-red and 360 degree motion detection. They could communicate wirelessly to each other without sound over very short distances.

October 1984: To The Yellow Planets

The Golden Eagles next set their sights on an area that contained many yellow coloured planets and moons. They set off in their Galaxy Explorer's not knowing what they were about to encounter...

As the fleet of Galaxy Explorers approached the edge of the Yellow Planet Cluster, they were attacked by Robot Deployment Ships. Skaylors leapt from their ships, latching onto the Golden Eagle ships, tearing them open and killing the occupants. One Galaxy Explorer managed to evade being boarded but was seriously damaged by laser fire. The pilot could barely maintain control. He aimed toward the nearest Yellow Planet and they crash landed.

Clones rushed to the scene. The pilot and co-pilot were unconscious. They were taken to the medical centre and given surgery.

November 1984: General Purpose Machine Gun

The Gen 2 Skaylors developed a new weapon called The General Purpose Machine Gun. It was able to operate autonomously, rotating through 360 degrees and picking off targets with incredible speed.

December 1984: Golden Eagles First Contact

When the Golden Eagles regained consciousness they were surrounded by a group of yellow clones - staring curiously at them. The clones were not accustomed to talking. They communicated using telepathy. It took a month for them to start to learn and understand the verbal language of the Golden Eagles. They had to devise an electronic device which can convert their thoughts into audible words in order to communicate. Eventually they understood what The Golden Eagle pilots had been trying to say 'Thank you for your help. We come in peace!'

The clones explained the situation regarding the Skaylors and apologised. They felt responsible for the deaths of the Golden Eagle explorers. 'If there is anything we can do to help....'

'Our ship is wrecked. We need to get back to our home world to warn our people about the Skaylors and to prepare for their arrival. It will only be a matter of time before the Skaylors discover the Golden Eagles colonies.'

After pondering this for a while, the clones replied 'Even if we repair your ship and you try to pass the Skaylor Space Station - you will unlikely survive with your technology. We can plot a route to avoid their detection, but the journey will take much longer and you won't have sufficient supplies on board for the journey.

There is a race called the Blue Falcons, who can build you a much more advanced spaceship. With this ship, equipped with more advanced technology, you will stand a better chance against the Skaylors.'

The Golden Eagles agreed with this plan. The clones contacted the Blue Falcons, and they sent over one of their engineers to discuss the requirements for their new ship. After looking at the original designs for the Galaxy Explorer, they went away. The Golden Eagles waited with the Clones, wondering whether the Blue Falcons were ever going to return.

January 1985: Explorer

After a long time, the Blue Falcons returned to The Yellow Planets with a Refueller. The Golden Eagles watched with awe as the giant ship unloading massive amounts of water.

The Blue Falcons had also brought with them the most advanced ship the Golden Eagles had ever seen. It vaguely resembled their original Galaxy Explorer, but was vastly better.

February 1985: The Golden Eagles Meet The Red Stars

The Golden Eagles set off from the Yellow Planet cluster in their new ship - bound for the Red Star Territories. This route would help them to avoid encountering The Skaylors again. The Clones had given them some translator walkie-talkies to allow them to be able to communicate with The Red Stars.

When they arrived, The Red Stars were nervous at first - but seeing that the crew members of Explorer were friendly, they quickly became friends. They sat around a camp fire and excitedly shared stories and discussed differences between their cultures. The Red Stars wanted to visit Legoland Town.

March 1985: Blue Falcon Visit to Legoland

The Blue Falcons visited Legoland Town to see if they could do any business there. The Golden Eagles propsed taking over the fuel network logistics and looking after the fleet of Refuellers. This would allow the Blue Falcons to concentrate on building ships without being distracted worrying about fuel distribution.

The Golden Eagles were certainly interested in purchasing more ships as well.

The Blue Falcons diet had consisted entirely of fish. Legoland had large supplies of animal meats, fruit and vegetables. The Blue Falcons were interested in trading for these items.

April 1985: The Plague

When the Black Hawks crash landed into the castle region of Legoland, they were carrying all manner of infections and deceases. They had built an immunity to these infections, however for the Lion Knights these infections were lethal.

An illness which they simply called 'The Plague' spread among the Lion Knights. They were getting old and did not have any medical knowledge, medicines or facilities and hence, all of them died.

May 1985: Interceptors

An army of Generation 2 Skaylors had been created at The Skaylor Space Station. These Skaylors were smarter. They had calculated that the Robot Deployment Ships were not optimal for attacks. They were good for troop deployment, but their enemies had fleets of Spaceships and they needed something that could be utilised during spaceship battles. They came up with an attack ship design called 'Interceptor'. These ships were fast and agile, and fitted with 8 forward facing laser weapons. Each laser had it's own advanced targetting system and the lasers worked as an effective team - sometimes firing at different targets simultaneously and other times group targetting one point for maximum firepower. The Skaylors had advantages over living pilots in that they didn't need sleep, life support, or food, and didnt suffer from fatigue, dizzyness or disorientation during dog-fights.

The fleets of Interceptors set out and started destroying the Refueller and supply ships that they encountered. Refueller and supply ships were constantly in orbit around the planets and travelling along established trade routes. The other factions were forced to deploy defense convoys in order to help protect these supply ships and prevent disruption to the vital supply chain. Unfortunately the defense convoys were generally no match for the Interceptors, and supply shortages started. It became more difficult to get supplies and travelling had now become extremely dangerous.

June 1985: Multi-planet Red Star Rally

The Dune Bug Rally (Which had originated in The Red Star Territories) was expanded into a multi-planet, gruelling event.

Drivers raced across rough terrain on several planets, starting in the snowy wastelands of Red Star Territories, then across the swamps of the Black Hawk planet, next over the desert dunes in the Yellow Planet Cluster with the finale cornering through the streets of Legoland Town.

The winner of the rally were treated like a hero by the Red Stars and celebrated in their typical style - with huge fanfare, dancing and 70's disco music!

The drivers had a reputation for partying hard and attracting the attention of beautiful women.

The dune bug was a tough, rugged little vehicle. It was popular due to being cheap, reliable and easy to maintain. It was also a lot of fun - but very bumpy!

July 1985: The Rise Of Vigilante

Vigilante were formed from the children of Red Stars women that were raped by Black Hawks. They inherited both the friendliness of the Red Stars race and the viciousness of the Black Hawks. That's how they were able to shake off the worst of their evil tendencies. However they don't completely see eye-to-eye with the Golden Eagles as they often break ethical laws that have been agreed upon between Golden Eagles, Red Stars, Yellow Planets and Blue Falcons. These laws were passed by the Galactic Embassy - for which those races I just mentioned are affiliated with.

August 1985: Legoland Fire

A fire broke out among the summer houses on Legoland. Several people died and others were injured. The Fire servicemen fought to put out the blaze and the medical team dealt with burns.

Builders and engineers worked to clean up and repair the damage.

September 1985: The Red Stars visit to Legoland Town

When The Red Stars arrived in Legoland Town there was much celebration and partying. They were getting along extrememly well, and The Red Stars were soaking up the culture of Legoland.

Previously they liked to listen to their own traditional Celtic/Nordic sounding music, but once they discovered 1970s Disco - they were hooked!

(This section needs to be moved to the one on Intergalactic Football)

They would perform elaborate displays and dances prior to their intergalactic, low-gravity football matches. Pom-pom girls, dancers and other performers would amaze the excited crowds with their renditions of these classic hits

October 1985: Vigilante HQ & The Angels Shrine

November 1985: The Legoland Mayor's Murder

The police investigated the shocking murder of Legoland Town Mayor. They eventually found the man responsible and put him in prison.

December 1985: Formation of the Union of Factions

A new era of friendship and collaboration had begun since The Golden Eagles had met with The Clones, The Blue Falcons and The Red Stars. They agreed to form an alliance which they named 'The Galactic Union of Factions'. They created a flag which was nicknamed The Bumble-bee Stripes.

The Black Hawks were not invited to be members due to their disgusting behaviours.

January 1986: The Intergalactic Football League

Before the war with the Skaylors kicked off, there was another kind of kick-off.

The Golden Eagles were thrilled to enter their team into the Intergalactic Football League. The rules were a little different to what they were used to, and playing in low-gravity took some getting used to.

Before the games, The Red Stars Cheerleeding Squad would perform breath-taking dance routines to get the crowd warmed up. Getting them warmed up was necessary in the cold climate of the Red Star Territories.

Even The Black Hawks got involved.

February 1986: Space City & Space Port

It was decided that a new city would be built called 'Space City'. A place where all members of the new Galactic Union were welcome to visit, or live. The goal was to help strengthen the friendship between the member factions.

Space City grew into a centre for trade and recreation. It soon became a bustling city, and a large space port was required to allow minifigures to arrange travel between planets.

March 1986: Ground Defence Laser Cannon

Vigilante developed a new weapon to use against the Skaylors - The Ground Defense Laser Cannon. It could fire an array of different projectiles and lasers at rapid speed. Even the Skaylors tough armour could not withstand the bombardments from this weapon.

April 1986: The Outer Red Star Colonies

After the new friendship between the Golden Eagles and the Red Stars, new relationships blossomed and some couples decided to build homes and families in and area that became known as 'The Outer Red Star Colonies'

May 1986: Space City Parade Square & Computer Centre

A Parade Ground and new Computer Centre were built in Space City. The friendly factions enjoyed watching the parades.

The Computer Centre was the new heart for communications. It had links to the massive and extensive Yellow Planets Library and was open to all to visit and conduct research studies.

June 1986: The Atomic Converter

The Atomic Converter was built at Vigilante's secret HQ under the guidance of The Angels. It used geo-thermal energy from the lava below ground.

Each corner of the Converter had Ground Defense Laser Cannon placements defending it, as this was the most useful and potentially dangerous equipment available.

The Atmoic Converter could deconstruct any matter at a molecular level and reassemble it into any object desired. In the wrong hands, this power could seriously change the balance of power and have terrible negative consequences.

July 1986: The Diner & The Monorail

A popular place to eat was the retro-style diner in Space City.

The Clones designed a new underground Monorail line between Space City and Clone City including beautiful station platforms.

August 1986: Legoland Coastguard Rescue

Two girls from Legoland ran into trouble whilst boating. The boat turned over and they were thrown to the sea. One of the girls drowned, but the other was rescued by the Coast Guard Life Saver.

Once the surviving girl recovered from the incident, she became close friends with the Life Safer, and they started a romantic relationship.

September 1986: Scorpio & The Revenge of Vigilante

Scorpio was a ship used by Vigilante. As with all Vigilante's technologies - It was constructed with the help of The Angels.

Armed with their new technology and with the support and backing of The Angels - Vigilante returned to Hawkia with one clear objective - To bring justice to the evil Black Hawks that terrorised and committed unspeakable crimes. Scarred by their upbringing, they had lived with deep rage for many years, and now this rage would be released. A savage, brutal slaying ensued. Vigilante were relentless in their slaughter. They rescued the poor women that had been forced into prostitution and the children that had not managed to escape the tyranny of The Black Hawks. They swiftly executed every Black Hawk they could find. A small number of them cowered in the caves - hiding out until Vigilate had gone.

October 1986: Force Shield Generator

With the help of the Angels, Vigilante built a large dish called The Force Shield Generator. This shield had very peculiar properties in that Skaylor robots could not pass through it, however everything else could.

November 1986: I am not Black Hawk - The Vigilante Gift

After the Skaylors had moved away from the Yellow Planets (Believing that there were no biological life forms remaining), the Clones had returned to their normal way of life. They studied hard and worked hard. To relax they would take walks in the dunes.

One day, two Clones were walking in the dunes, when a large ship suddenly appeared above them. They communicated to each other using their minds....

'This ship is like nothing we have seen!'

'They have cloaking technology!'

The huge ship slowly descended onto a nearby landing pad. A black figure emerged from the ship and walked toward them.

'Oh no - Black Hawks!' they thought. 'We don't need their kind around here.'

They were even more surprised when the figure in black communicated back to them telepathically.

'I am NOT Black Hawk. I am Vigilante, and I'm here to help...'

'The Skaylors will return - and this time robot costumes are not going to save you. Vigilante can supply you with FSG technology which will protect you from Skaylors, but there are two conditions:

1. You must NEVER try to tamper with, study or replicate FSG technology or adapt it for your own purposes - Just keep away from it as it could be extremely dangerous in the wrong hands.

2. You must keep a good distance from Vigilante as we construct the FSG. We can also supply this protection to the other member races of the Union of Factions if they will also agree to those terms above. WE WILL NOT supply this technology to The Black Hawks.'

'But what IS FSG Technology?'

'Force Shield Generators - Skaylors will not be able to penetrate this shield. We will start by protecting your cloning facility. No matter what else happens, or however many loses - with the cloning facility shielded, you can keep your race alive.'

'We will gather the representatives of the Union of Factions and put your offer forward for consideration. We thank you for your help.'

The Vigilante was already walking away and immediately got to work constructing 4 mysterious large dishes at the corners of the Yellow Planets cloning facility.

December 1986: Betrayal

The Clones contacted the Union members and arranged a meeting at the Galactic Embassy building at Space City.

Unbeknown to the Union Members, Vigilante had secretly infiltrated the Galactic Embassy building and planted a bugging device so that they could listen in on the meeting.

The Blue Falcons were very interested but they wanted to add this technology onto their ships. This shielding would be extremely useful for them. The Golden Eagles also wanted control of the technology - as it would give them a great military advantage.

'These Vigilantes do not abide by our laws, they have been known to use excessive force and violence as well as questionably immoral actions. We should agree, and then try to capture the Vigilantes and force them to hand over their technologies!' said the Golden Eagles delegate.

'Agreed! Vigilante not only have force shields, but also cloaking devices, some kind of strange engine propulsion system which we cannot understand, revolutionary energy systems, and a seemingly abundant supply of even the rarest materials.' added the Blue Falcons delegate.

'This is wrong - we must act honourably and respect the wishes of these friends - they are offering to help us and we should just accept their help graciously.' said the Red Stars delegate.

'We clones would never agree to deceive in such a way.' concluded the Clones.

By the time the Clones had returned from the meeting, the Force Shield Generator was in operation - providing a barely visible bubble around the entire Cloning facility building. There were no signs of Vigilante though - They were gone.

Curiosity of the FSG installation was intense. The Clones requested that low flyby's be stopped as it was disturbing their work. Even though the shield was raised, people and vehicles were able to pass through it without any problem. One interesting observation was that the temperature within the shield was much cooler. Normally the surface temperature of the Yellow Planets was hot and uncomfortable, but within - it was pleasantly cool. One had a sensation similar to that of getting into a swimming pool - you would feel a shock at first until your body climatized to the change.

January 1987: Skaylor Invasion of the Yellow Planet Cluster

Much destruction occured. The Skaylors launched their Generation 2 armies - returning to the Yellow Planet Cluster and attacking.

It was typical that refueller ships were positioned in orbit around planets and along well used flight paths. Most of the refueller ships were destroyed by the Skaylors, making it difficult to find spaceship fuel.

The factions of the Galactic Alliance fought hard and suffered many losses. Vigilante also helped in the fight. Their advanced technology gave them an edge and they gained a respect among other factions, but still remained outside of the alliance.

The Golden Eagles losses were catastrophic, but the Clones situation was even worse. Their entire race had almost been wiped out. They would have been totally extinct if it wasn't for the FSG protecting their Cloning Facility. People of other races were fighting with each other to try and get inside the shield where they would be safe from attack. They would drag Clones out from the shield so that they could get inside. But even those that were fortunate enough to be inside the shield had little to eat or drink. Occasionally they would receive shipments of supplies - if the armies were able to provide them. Many had sacrificed their own lives to get supplies to the people in the Cloning Facility.

February 1987: Skaylor Invasion of the Space City

March 1987: Reverse Engineering A Skaylor

Vigilante had a plan to try and capture a Gen 2 Skaylor with the view to reverse engineering it. If they could build something similar with new programming, they could use it to fight back against the Skaylors and reduce the risk of minifigures being killed.

April 1987: Vigilante Snow Tank

Vigilante designed a Snow Tank, suitable for the cold climate of the Red Star Territories or the hot deserts of the Yellow Planet Cluster. It was heavily armoured and had a powerful cannon mounted to it's turret.

The vehicle could travel great distances, requiring little or no maintenance and never ran out of energy. There was a comfortable sleeping quarters within the tank. It also had an autopilot mode.

May 1987: Skaylor AT-AT

The Skaylors had developed a new vehicle to assist them with their upcoming invasions.

June 1987: Skaylors Invade Red Star Colonies

One of the quiet Red Stars was very bored and wanted attention but nobody was interested in him. He decided to make up a tale that he had seen Skaylors crossing the Snowy Wastelands. The other Red Stars were suddenly very interested in him and concerned. They asked him more questions, and he came up with more elaborate lies to back up his story. They launched an extensive search, but found no Skaylors. He had enjoyed the new found attention and even gained a new girlfriend.

A week later he was walking from the snowy wastelands with his girlfriend when they both could not believe their eyes. They saw a large robotic creature stomping towards the city through the snow, accompanied by a platoon of Skaylor robots. They could also see Robot Deployment Ships approaching from the distance.

They rushed to inform the others, but they believed that they were crying wolf, so continued about their business.

After a time, the Skaylors and their AT-AT reached the edge of the city and started to attack. The Red Stars were unprepared. Some of them were mopped up before they could have time to react.

The others ran for cover and to search for weapons. They sent out a distress signal.

Vigilante were the first to respond. They mounted Ground Defense Laser Cannons and patrolled in Snow Tanks.

The Red Stars were exhausted from the fight and retreated to some caves. Some injured, deafened or blinded, they spoke of the Vigilante's bravery.

The Skaylor search for them continued relentlessly.

For days, a single Vigilante Snow Tank powered across the snow.

The driver went to the turret and squinted to the horizon - everything was white... apart from a tiny dot of red. Maybe he was hallucinating.

As he got closer, he could see that it was a person running. There was something else - several Skaylors were gaining fast.

He fired at the Skaylors and hit most of the targets. Some of the Skaylors were able to dive out of the way of his shots. As the red figure got closer he could see it was a girl.

Tears were running down her dirty face and she was breathing rapidly. 'Quick - climb up onto the tank!' he shouted. 'Get inside!'. The girl climbed down into the lower area of the tank. There was a bed in the back. She lay on it, shaking uncontrollably and crying. She could hear more gun fire going on outside the tank and feared that the owner of this tank may have been killed. After a while though, the man climbed down into the main area of the tank to check on her.

'You don't have to be afraid now - You are safe' he said reassuringly. His voice was softer now. He had barked at her at first and she wondered what kind of brutal man he might be. She couldn't speak.

He went to the front of the tank and brought her some bread. 'Here - eat this' he said. She rammed the bread into her mouth like a wild animal. The Vigilante reached toward her... she backed off.

He smiled at her. He had a deep scar on one cheek and his skin was rough. The climate in the Red Stars territories was not easy on the body. This time she let him wipe a tear from her cheek. She tried to ask him 'Who? who are you?'

'Sshhhh' he said. 'Get some rest now.' He went to the front of the tank and started driving. The motion and quiet drone of the tank soon sent her off to sleep.

July 1987: Skaylors Invade Legoland Moon

August 1987: Skaylors Invade Legoland

When the Skaylors landed in the Castle region, then found only Castle ruins and some remains of dead Knights.

They moved onto Legoland Town.

September 1987: Skaylors Invade Falcon

The Blue Falcons had channelled their efforts into building ships for the battle. They were working at full capacity. The ships were getting destroyed very quickly.

For the Black Hawks it was an opportunity for looting, but they were careful not to get close to the battle.

October 1987: Skaylors Invade Hawkia

November 1987: Final Battle Of The Skaylors

These were very dark times. The populations of all factions were now minimal.

The third generation Skaylors were nicknamed as the 'Invisibots'. Fitted with a unique high-speed, mini-jet propulsion system - the Gen 3 Skaylors movements were no longer powered by electric motors. Their bodies and arms were propelled in directions as required. They could switch direction and move so quickly, that they can only be detected using advanced strobe lighting and ultra high frame rate cameras. Communication was no longer limited to being planetary due to the Skaylors having setup a communication relay system allowing inter-galactic communications. By Gen 3, the Skaylors no longer needed poison gas and acid canisters within them. The blinding lights and ear bursting sounds were also no longer required as they now blasted out lethal, extremely highly radioactive particles. Once these Skaylors have visited, the whole planet will be uninhabitable for 150 years. Their intelligence level by this point had given them 'God-like' capabilities.

Vigilante planned a daring mission to infiltrate the Skaylor Space Station and capture the prototype Gen 1 Skaylor. He would hold the Skaylor within a cage of mini FSG's and take it to the Clones.

He was badly injured during this mission, but was able to hand over the prototype Skaylor to the Clones. The Clones worked on re-programming the primary protocols in order to remove their objective to destroy all biological life. The code that the Skaylors operated under was highly complex and it took a combination of the greatest minds in order to make sense of it. But they needed to work quickly otherwise the whole Galaxy would be lost to the Skaylors.

One of the Clones experienced a vision - it was a message from The Angels. The Angels provided the Clone with the information needed to decypher the Skaylor code.

As the Clones worked on pushing the new code out to the Skaylor network, they were under attack by armies of Gen 2 Skaylors. Vigilante fought them off long enough but was almost killed in the process. The Clones that were pushing out the new code were killed by the Gen 4 Skaylors - but it didn't matter because soon after - the message had spread across the Skaylor communication network, and all the Skaylors stopped fighting and instead started helping to rebuild worlds that they had previously smashed.

It wasn't known whether Vigilante was still alive. Everyone believed him to be dead, but his body was never recovered, and he was not seen again.

In truth - Vigilante was still alive. He had managed to drag himself back to Scorpio and return to the secret Vigilante HQ. His robots had to perform surgeries to keep him alive. Many of his organs and limbs were replaced with robotic replacements.

December 1987: Celebration

Now that the Galaxy was finally free of the threat of The Skaylors, those that remained alive celebrated and looked forward to a brighter future.

January 1988: Futuron and beyond

During the clean up and salvage from all the ruins following the final battle of the Skaylors, the Galactic Union started to build a new generation of bases, ships and technologies. This was the Futuron era. A few Black Hawks that survived the Vigilante slaughter on Hawkia, were able to gain large amounts of surplus equipment and formed a new faction called Blacktron. The Golden Eagles formed The Space Police as a defence against Blacktron. The Red Stars would later evolve into M-Tron. Many new factors emerged and new chapters unfolded. These chapters will not be explored within the realm of this story.
